Hello all My name is McCahill , I am the proud owner of a 2000 Discovery , i bought it as nothing but an old hunting car , i take it down into the edges of a swampy area to retrieve deer in my deer carrier i slide into the hitch on the rear , now the 4×4 works great , and just about everything seems to work fine with the exceptions of cruise , and the height changer , but on the dash it has about four warning lights , i have been told that this is a tell tale sign of a bad computer module , i don’t have a ton of $$$$ and its working fine but i would love to have it all working right , i have replaced one of the moon roof motors, and one door lock module , it did not come with a remote , so its a key for me no remote , they want 800 to get me one and program it to it …. anyway if someone knows a way to test it without costing me an arm or a leg please let me know . OH yes one more thing the previous owner busted up the front and back bumpers so i had the both made out of steel with a few modifications …. you have to see it to appreciate it ! 10 gauge steel
